eNoticeseNotices and Account Alerts Reach You Faster
Take control! Set up CU@home® alerts and choose the account notifications that serve you best.
Activate your account for eNotices and we will stop mailing you paper notices for overdraft transfers, insufficient balance notifications, share certificate renewals, line of credit advances, and loan add-ons. If your account is activated for eNotices we will send you an email notification with instructions on how to access the appropriate information and details in CU@home.
CU@home Alerts
You can setup any of the following alert types in CU@home:
Balance – Use Balance alerts to be notified when you have a low or excess account balance Transaction – Use Transaction alerts to monitor a variety of account activities (debits, credits, ATM, transactions). New transaction alerts have been added for item returned (insufficient balance to pay an item), overdraft transfers, and delinquent loan payment. New Message – Use New Message alerts to notify you when SLFCU has sent you a secure message. Secure messages are sent to advise you of important BillPayer information such as delayed payment processing or payment refunds/returns and other account sensitive communications. Bill Pay – Use Bill Pay alerts to notify you when SLFCU is about to send out a payment and/or when a payment has been processed. Log on to CU@home and click on the Alerts tab in CU@home to get started. New Security Alerts Provide Additional Safeguards
Security alerts have been activated for all CU@home users. When changes are made to your CU@home password, address of record, or if your account has been disabled due to failed sign-on attempts, an email will be generated informing you of this change. If we do not have an email address on file for your account, we will ask you to provide an email address each time you sign on to CU@home. Please take advantage of this new security feature by providing us with your current email address. To modify your account settings for eStatements and/or eNotices, click on the Self Service tab in CU@home®, and click the Manage Account Preferences link.
